Key responsibilities

  • supporting recruitment teams from administrative perspective: placing offers on site and job boards, scheduling interviews
  • providing on-going support for candidates and the recruitment teams
  • preparing documentation and contracts (B2B, Employment Contracts) for new employees
  • overseeing onboarding process
  • providing on-going support for new employees before their first day at Codibly 
  • collaborating with COO, Team Leaders, Marketing and Office Department
  • identifying and implementing improvements for various HR processes
  • providing data for reports, compiling the reports as needed
  • assisting with other HR responsibilities and ad hoc projects as assigned

Qualifications

  • At least 1 years of work experience in software house environment (IT) in similar area like HR support, administrative coordination
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and requests
  • Highly proficient in MS Excel
  • Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, dealing with rapid change
  • Excellent organizational skills with high ability to prioritize and react quickly
  • Great skills of remembering various information and details
  • Drive to get things done, takes ownership, positive attitude
  • Fluent English (C1/C2 written and spoken)
