YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Taking care of new and existing customers of our product – an asset performance management platform for distributed energy resources that allow to maintain assets, identify the portfolio’s profitability, and optimize energy production.
- Helping clients better understand the dedicated software product they have purchased and how to use it efficiently.
- Coordinating the process of onboarding new customers and their systems to our platform – from analysis, through establishing communication, to the final implementation and transfer of the system.
- Supporting existing customers and resolving issues with the platform.
- Taking care of documentation.
APPLY IF YOU HAVE:
- Experience in working with renewable energy sources, in particular with photovoltaics and windmills.
- Education in the energy field and interest in this area – students of 3-5 years are welcome.
- Knowledge of SCADA system.
- Ability to work with clients day to day – identifying and solving their problems.
- Previous experience in a company that installed photovoltaics / windmills (nice to have).
- Knowledge and practical experience in using MS Office Package.
- Very good command of English (min. B2+).
- Ability to work in high volume environment; handle multiple tasks and prioritise accordingly.
- Thinking outside the box, coming up with new innovative ways to solve problems.
- Result-driven, detail and deadline oriented, independent, flexible approach.
