We are looking for an exceptionally motivated individual to help us hire the best talent at Codibly. You will be constantly challenged to show creativity to achieve hiring results. You will work closely with technical leaders and hiring managers to execute innovative hiring/talent acquisition strategies.

The ideal candidate has at least 1,5 years in IT recruitment, is results-driven, and has the drive to get things done, that can successfully scale teams of our fast-growing organization.


  • Recruit exceptional top talent to join Codibly’s rapidly growing team 
  • Screen CVs and interview qualified candidates -sell Codibly as an employer of choice
  • Building strong relationships with hiring managers and developers to understand hiring goals and expand recruiting strategies to effectively meet them
  • Proactive using advanced sourcing methods (LinkedIn, Facebook, GitHub) to reach out to passive candidates
  • Act as a champion for top-notch candidate experience by setting expectations, communicating timely updates, and providing actionable feedback
  • Creating “talent pools” for frequently hired roles to build an internal database of qualified candidates for future needs
  • Working on continuous improvements in recruiting process
  • Supporting employer branding activities


  • Natural-born Hunter and have proven success in attracting, engaging, and closing candidates, preferably for high-growth software,  tech companies, or agencies – at least 1,5 years
  • Great sourcing skills and up-to-date knowledge of the newest techniques for sourcing the best candidates
  • Ability to work in high volume environment; handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly
  • Ability to develop a trusted relationship with the hiring managers and developers
  • Thinking outside the box, coming up with new innovative ways to drive recruitment effectiveness
  • Result-driven, detail and deadline orientated, independent, responsible, and a team player
  • Very good command of English with effective business communication skills
