Java Intern

We are looking for a talented intern developer who wants to start his commercial career as an intern. The most important thing is that the candidate knows the basics of technologies and tools used by our team. The candidate also should have a portfolio of his/her projects. In intern developers, we really appreciate the open mind, focus on self-development,  and learning from other developers.


  • Working on Java based microservices
  • Writing tests for your code
  • Supporting and maintaining existing features
  • Learning new things
  • Attending internal lectures with more experienced colleagues


  • Knowledge of Java & ecosystem

We use Java as our primary “way of development”, so we expect you to know how it works and you should be comfortable using it on a daily basis

  • Experience with GIT

We use GIT as a version control system, so you should know it well enough to perform daily tasks.

  • REST

The vast majority of modern services or web applications require some form of communication, so at this stage, it’s really important that you know and understand how REST communication should look like.


  • Communication in English

Within Codibly we speak Polish, but we work on international projects. You should be fluent in English and speak freely with clients on a daily basis, during a daily or other SCRUM meetings.

  • SCRUM methodology

All of our projects we run in SCRUM so knowing it already is an advantage.

  • Willingness to learn

Since you’re an intern it is absolutely crucial that you want to learn from other more experienced team members. You should ask as many questions as comes to your mind and be willing to hear and analyze answers.

  • Be a team player and challenge others

In all of our projects, we’re trying to not just gather requirements and deliver products according to them. We are challenging each idea and doing our best to find the best possible solution. So we are looking for great team players, who are communicative, can challenge concepts, and hear others’ opinions.
