Key responsibilities:

● Transform business goals and models into internal and external marketing strategy and deliver it
effectively
● Create transformation initiatives with excellent campaigns fitted to organizational needs
● Promote understanding of strategic initiatives and marketing projects within the company
● Collaborate with key stakeholders – Board, Management, as well as the tech teams across the
organization, to deliver impactful, high-quality image and product campaigns
● Build effective relations to identify stories, prepare formats, visuals, layouts and presentations
securing convincing and positive coverage
● Prepare B2B promotional materials targeting different stakeholder groups through multiple
channels
● Ensure that organizational initiatives and projects are branded accordingly, using a variety of
tools targeting chosen audiences
● Organise innovative, well-structured events to assure stakeholders commitment, ensuring
organizational excellence, supporting preparation of key messages
● Evaluate the results of campaigns, indicate the possibilities of optimizing the applied solutions,
analyze the activities of similar companies

● Management of the marketing team, cooperation with external graphic designer, close
cooperation with other departments in the company
● Preparation, implementation and settlement of marketing budget

Qualifications:

● At least five years’ experience in a similar position – preferably in the technology and IT
environment (software house)
● Great experience in creating and implementing inbound marketing strategy and lead generation
process
● Master’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Public Relations or Social Sciences, Economics
● Fluent English (C2 written and spoken)
● Excellent design, copywriting, communication and negotiation skills
● Proven track record of preparing image and product campaigns for external and internal
channels
● Excellent skills in supporting business goals to successfully deliver strategies
● Skills in preparing quality presentations, working with brand topics and organizing events,
especially for B2B
● Out-of-the-box thinking – no fear of proposing custom solutions, unconventional thinking, no
suggestion of only competing actions
● Practical knowledge of web analytics systems of Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Tag
Manager, tools to analyze SEO activities, e.g. Semstorm
● Excellent organizational skills with high ability to prioritize and react quickly
