Pre-sales / Solution Architect

  • Consultant Mindset: Embracing a consultant’s approach, providing expert advice, proposing solutions that add value to the client’s business, and being able to see the bigger picture beyond individual projects.
  • Requirements Gathering: Working closely with clients and internal teams to gather and analyze requirements for proposed solutions.
  • Client Workshops: Conducting and leading workshops with clients using methods like Event Storming to understand their needs and develop suitable solutions. 
  • Project Estimation: Develop flexible project plans and estimates that take into account various factors such as project risks, assumptions, conflicting business needs, and company resources. Must be capable of managing these elements dynamically, ensuring that project delivery is not compromised while accommodating shifting business priorities. Should be skilled at consolidating this information into a coherent project proposal for the client.
  • System Architecture Design: Creating and documenting system architecture using methods like C4 diagrams. Make it understandable and attractive for clients, and be able to justify and explain the architectural decisions made.
  • Sales Support: Collaborating closely with the sales team, supporting the sales process, and ensuring client satisfaction through the effective demonstration of our technology and solutions.
  • Leadership: Lead and manage development teams, ensuring effective collaboration and execution of projects.
  • Continuous Improvement: Take the initiative to identify opportunities for process optimization, manage time effectively, and continually improve our practices and solutions.
  • Learning and Specialization: Keep abreast with the latest trends and developments in the EV and renewable technologies sector. Be willing to learn and specialize in these areas.


  • Technical Skills
    • Strong technical background in designing and developing cloud-based applications is necessary. Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is required. Experience with IoT is a plus.
    • Experience with architectural patterns such as modular monolith and asynchronous architecture. Ability to design systems that are cost-effective in development while being prepared for evolving requirements.
    • Proficiency in Java + Spring Boot or PHP + Symfony is preferred. We also regularly use .NET stack, Python and TypeScript.
  • Project Leadership Skills:
    • Proven experience in leading and managing development teams.
    • Experience with agile project management methodologies, including Kanban.
    • Experience managing project roadmaps, backlogs, prioritizing tasks, and guiding the team through the development cycle.
  • Sales Experience: A proven track record in a sales or pre-sales role is required. The candidate must feel comfortable leading the conversation with clients, have demonstrated their ability to support sales processes, effectively communicate the value proposition of technical products, and drive client satisfaction.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are critical. The candidate must have a demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate and communicate with clients, team members, and other stakeholders. They should also be comfortable leading and facilitating workshops and meetings.
  • Problem-Solving Skills and Mindset: Candidates should exhibit a “getting things done” attitude, coupled with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving. While precision and a high level of quality in work are required, they should also be able to strike a balance between perfection and efficiency.
  • Teamwork: Must be a strong team player, able to work effectively in a team-oriented setting, contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment.
  • Adaptability: As a “jack of all trades,” candidates should be comfortable with a variety of tasks and challenges, displaying versatility in their skills and the ability to adapt to new situations.
  • Openness to travel: Workshops often take place at clients’ offices.
