Regular Network Automation Developer

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Developing the Jira stories in the sprint backlog, ensuring that quality and security standards are met
  • Participating in the scrum ceremonies including the sprint demos where you will work with the senior Developer to show the customer the progress made in the sprint and make any adjustments that may be required, based on customer feedback
  • Contributing to the technical design/discussion
  • Interacting with internal and external stakeholders/Customers

APPLY IF YOU HAVE:

  • At least 3 years of commercial experience in software development projects
  • Good knowledge of Python
  • Knowledge of XML/JSON/YAML
  • Knowledge of NETCONF/REST/RESTCONF/SOAP
  • Knowledge of databases SQL and NoSQL e.g., Mongo
  • Knowledge of Unix (REHL, Centos)
  • Experience in service modelling in Yang
  • Experience with containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Experience in developing Jira story tickets
  • Experience in creating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitLab)
  • Good networking skills (L2 VPN, L3 VPN, EVPN, MPLS, SR, LDP, BGP, and IGP)
  • Cisco NSO service creation (services and actions)
  • Experience using workflow engine example Itential IAP
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum practice
  • Ability to implement proactive customer service
  • Good English communication skills (min. B2) – both verbal and written
  • Ability to join the project as soon as possible is a plus
