Sales Manager

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

  • Ongoing building and development of a Codibly Sales Team
  • Achieving growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the Sales Team
  • Creating and supervising the implementation of the Sales strategy on the international market
  • ​​Defining sales priorities based on the Company strategy and sales performance
  • Cooperating with Marketing Leader in market mapping and identifying niches to accelerate and expand our visibility on the market
  • Objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of Sales Team
  • Supporting and evaluating the best implementation of the sales process and working on the best practices
  • Managing overall Client satisfaction in terms of collaboration with Codibly, acting as their advisor who is not afraid to recommend service improvements if needed 
  • Developing and managing cooperation with strategic partners

Presenting sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the Board and Management Team

APPLY IF YOU HAVE

  • At least 5-6 years of international B2B business development experience in the IT consulting or solution selling
  • Professional experience – minimum 2 years – in sales management in an IT industry, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Previous experience as a Sales Manager/Director
  • Strong ability to set goals and control their implementation
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills; ability to be a leader for a team (paying attention to others results and growth, being patience, being a role-model for others, being able to stay behind a whole team)
  • Exceptional ability to make a sale happen and facing challenges
  • Strong experience in building and maintaining trusting partnerships with various Clients (from start up’s to enterprise)
  • Excellent command of English with effective business communication skills (C1-C2 level is a must)
  • Experience in working on various CRMs
  • Experience in working within a dynamic, fast-paced work environment with an ability to manage the change as it relates to the culture and mindset of a complex organization
