The User should read the Privacy Policy and Use of Cookies Files. The aim of the said document is, among others, implementation of the information obligation referred to in Article 13 sections 1 and 2 and Article 14 section 1 and 2 of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of the 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons regarding the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter referred to as the “GDPR“.

The Purpose of personal data collection
Personal data (e-mail address) may be collected for a unique purpose of sending a report ‘eMobility User Experience Report’ (‘The Report’) to a user, who deliberately stated the willingness and input the address. You can withdraw this consent, thus delete your e-mail, at any time by writing to us at [email protected] or [email protected].
Sources of personal data about you?
Codibly collect the personal data such as email address form following sources: a) own CMS system, b) social media portal such as LinkedIn, Facebook, c) branch sources web portal, d) branch EV events.
How long your personal data will be processing?
Your personal data will be processed as long as the survey will be available and no longer than the report will be presented and distributed to you. After that, all personal data will be cleaned up. At least you can decorate clearly so that Codibly can save your personal data for future surveys and events.
Does Codibly share your personal data?
By using IT service providers (Google Forms), if their servers are located outside the EU/EEA, we may transfer personal data to Third Countries or international organizations. Service providers guarantee that data is transferred to a third country in relation to which an adequate level of data protection was found based on a decision of the European Commission or with the use of typical contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
Personal data will not be processed in an automated manner and will not be subject to profiling
Your rights related to the processing of personal data
The User is entitled to the following rights related to the processing of personal data:
- the right of access to personal data, the right to request rectification, erasure or restriction of processing of personal data, as long as these rights are not excluded or restricted by the provisions of law;
- the right to transfer the personal data, i.e. the right to receive personal data in a structured, commonly used machine-readable format. The User may send the data to another Controller of personal data or demand sending the data to another controller. However, we will do so only if such transfer is technically possible;
- the right to withdraw consent to the processing of the personal data, when the User’s data are being processed upon their consent;
- The right to lodge a complaint to the authority – the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
- Other rights arising from generally applicable provisions of law.
