Operate Phase

- Spyrosoft manages the teams in remote cooperation with the Client and in accordance with the Client’s business needs
- We provide necessary replacements, office and IT admin, as well as HR, legal and finance functions
- Teams are managed in accordance with Client’s company culture
- Full cost transparency
- IP belongs to the Client
- Spyrosoft can extend or reduce the core team on an on-demand basis
Transfer Phase
up to 3 months
- Complete or a part of operations is transferred to Client
- This includes agreements, employee contracts, and necessary infrastructure and admin staff
- Spyrosoft can keep providing certain functions and infrastructure elements post this phase
